John Lee is an accomplished litigator who has represented clients across a wide range of high-stakes cases in both state and federal courts.
His extensive experience covers commercial and business disputes, class actions, trade secret lawsuits, securities cases, other complex civil disputes, and white collar matters. John represents both plaintiffs and defendants, including Fortune 500 companies, local businesses, and individuals.
At every stage of litigation, John obtains successful results for his clients. He often prevails through early case dismissals and favorable settlements before trial. As one example, John was part of the team that prosecuted a significant trade secret case to the eve of trial before ultimately winning a $130 million settlement. In addition to pretrial success, John has been an integral member of multiple trial teams and takes on leading roles at both trial and arbitration.
Prior to joining Larson, John served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He began his legal career and honed his litigation skills as an associate at two multinational Am Law 100 firms.
