Larson LLP is pleased to announce that associate Nicole J. Kim has been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2021 Class of Pathfinders.
LCLD created the Pathfinder Program to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical professional development strategies to enhance their careers.
Nicole is joining 404 high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds in the annual Pathfinder Program. Over the course of the program, Pathfinders will gain practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. In addition, each Pathfinder is matched with a Program Facilitator—a mentor who plays a key role in helping Pathfinders connect what they learn in the program to the organization in which they work. Counsel Jen C. Won, an alumna of the LCLD 2019 Class of Fellows, is serving as Nicole’s Program Facilitator.
Nicole will attend the LCLD 2021 Pathfinder First Meeting taking place virtually May 12-14 to start the program.
“This is an excellent opportunity for Nicole to learn from highly experienced attorneys, as well as her peers, in other law firms and corporations. We congratulate her on being selected to the esteemed LCLD Pathfinder Program.”
