As the legal industry continues to grow, attracting and retaining top talent is a crucial component to the health and success of a firm, Los Angeles Business Journal notes. Overall, the “Most Admired Law Firms” comprises those who are consciously working toward creating diverse, positive, and supportive environments to help drive the success of their attorneys and staff.
In Larson’s profile, Los Angeles Business Journal recognizes the firm’s inclusive and collaborative work environment and fast growth. Since opening in 2016, the firm has grown from 11 attorneys and minimal support staff to more than 40 attorneys—including 12 partners—and numerous staff members. The firm’s growth and retention are due in part to its positive work environment and company culture.
