Counsel Jen C. Won is speaking on a panel on June 30 at 10 a.m. PT during the virtual Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy (CBLA).
The annual CBLA is a coordinated effort to strengthen the pipeline of diverse bar association leaders by providing leadership training and professional development programs which will benefit current and future leaders of bar associations, and the legal profession overall.
As a CBLA alumna, Jen is presenting on a topic tailored to other CBLA alumni who are now leaders in their respective bar associations. “Planning for Success: Developing and Utilizing Your Personal Board of Directors and Personal Brand” addresses questions such as: “Who is on your board of directors? What are the gaps on your board? Are you effectively utilizing members of your board? Do you know your personal brand?” and more. The interactive discussion allows participants to develop a comprehensive board, start working on their personal brand, and lay the groundwork for a personal strategic plan program.
