On Feb. 7, counsel for Shashi Jogani delivered closing remarks in the Los Angeles Superior Court as the months-long trial enters its final phase.
In the coming days, Rick Richmond will deliver closing argument to the jury on behalf of Larson client, Haresh Jogani. The trial involves a 21-year dispute regarding billions of dollars of California real estate. The jury will be asked to decide whether the alleged oral partnership exists between the brothers.
