Danya Elbendary’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and white-collar defense.
Prior to joining Larson, Danya worked as a Litigation Associate at a boutique business litigation firm in Los Angeles, where she managed numerous civil actions across a wide range of industries in both state and federal court. Danya has experience with all aspects of the litigation process, as well as negotiation, mediation, and settlement.
Danya graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Business Law and was a member of the Women’s Law Association. During law school, Danya served as a research assistant and teaching assistant for constitutional law scholar Professor Samuel Erman.
Outside of the office, Danya enjoys listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time outdoors.
